Cona Consultores is looking for a Training Manager to join an international marketing enterprise. It is a strategic and special position, because he/she will be the training contact with client. He/she is responsible to manager training operation. For this position is indispensable having a profile with experience in TV, AV, Digital Appliance and Mobile retail market.

 

Main deliveries:

·         Identifying training and development needs for Merchandisers & Promoters of the Client;

·         Designing and expanding training and development programs based on the needs of the Client and the individuals;

·         Working in a team to produce programs that are satisfactory to all relevant parties of the Client, such as line managers and senior managers at board level;

·         Considering the costs of planned programs and keeping within budgets as assessing the return on investment of any training or development program is important;

·         Developing effective induction programs & individual learning plans;

·         Producing training materials for in-house courses;

·   Monitoring and reviewing the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions with managers;

·         Ensuring that statutory training requirements are met;

·         Evaluating training and development programs;

·         Amending and revising programs as necessary, in order to adapt to changes occurring in the work environment of the client;

 

Profile:

·         Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, presentation – examples of previous work optimal) and attention to detail;

·         In depth job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with business managers and human resources departments;

·         Managing the delivery of training and development programs devising a training strategy for the client;

·         Problem solver: Helping line managers and trainers solve specific training problems, either on a one-to-one basis or in groups;

 

Professional requirements

·         Minimum of 5 years of training operation;

·         Experience with team management; with design and technologies;

·         Advance knowledge of Microsoft Office skills, particularly Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint;

·         Troubleshooting skills; Strong analytical and interpretive skills; Detail oriented;

·         Excellent organization skills are required; Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing demands and situations;

 

Language Skills

·         Fluent in Spanish and English
