CONA Consultores is looking for an Operation Manager to join an International Marketing Enterprise.

This  is a strategic and special position, because he/she will be the client point of contact with client.

For this position is desiable having a profile experience serving the costumer inKitchen appliances


Main deliveries:

·         Coordinate Operation, Training and BI team;

·         Support trade marketing team as a client;

·         Analyzing data or information - Identifying the underlying principles, reasons, or facts of information by breaking down information or data into separate parts;

·         Updating and using relevant knowledge - Keeping up-to-date technically and applying new knowledge to your job;

·         Budget control;

·         Manage the training and development programs based on the needs of the Client and the individuals;

·         Identifying training and development needs for Merchandisers & Promoters of the Client;

·         Considering the costs of planned programs and keeping within budgets as assessing the return on investment of any training or development program is important;

·         Control all team KPIs;

·         Keep all team motivated;

·         Control logistic operation of POSM, Fixture, Training, and all materials used by FFM Team.



·         Experience with team management;

·         Manage the production reports based on number’s facts generating insights and actions plans;

·         Data analysts work with large amounts of data: facts, figures, and number crunching. You will need to see through the data and analyze it to find conclusions;

·         General computer skills: familiarity working with network directory structures and ability to learn new software applications easily;

·         Communication Skills: Ability to translate the data into an understandable document. Need to write and speak clearly, easily communicating complex ideas;

·         Critical Thinking: data analysts must look at the numbers, trends, and data and come to new conclusions based on the findings;

·         Attention to detail: data is precise. Data analysts have to make sure they are vigilant in their analysis to come to correct conclusions;

·         Math skills: data analysts need math skills to estimate numerical data;

·         Training skills: ability to train fieldwork about data to be collected;

·         Organization & control – ability to track multiples sources of information and consolidate data;

·         Fieldwork abilities: Ability to be consistent and thorough when checking and preparing data, as well as in daily tasks;

·         In depth job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with business managers and human resources departments;

·         Available to travel;

·         MS Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel (including Pivot tables).


Professional requirements

·         Minimum of 5 years of of experience in data analysis;

·         Experience with team management;

·         Advance knowledge of Microsoft Office skills, particularly Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint;

·         Strong analytical and interpretive skills; Detail oriented;

·         Ability to grasp new concepts quickly and easily;

·         Excellent organization skills are required;

·         Consciousness for prompt completion of work tasks;

·         Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing demands and situations;

·         Demonstrated consistent work history and commitment level.


Language Skills

·         Fluent English language (Mandatory)
